We refreshed this cherished childhood home in preparation for its next life as a rental property. With a focus on clean lines, practical elegance, and lasting materials, we renovated key spaces with simplicity and intention. The kitchen was updated with crisp white cabinetry, soft mosaic backsplash, and new hardware for a light, modern feel. Bathrooms were brightened with sleek tilework, black matte fixtures, and timeless monochrome palettes. Throughout the home, fresh paint and warm-toned flooring set the stage for a space that feels both grounded and inviting — designed for future tenants to settle in with ease, while respecting the home’s legacy.
