Scope
This renovation focuses on elevating daily comfort and creating a more intuitive, harmonious home. We’re refreshing the kitchen with brighter lighting and smarter storage, redesigning both bathrooms for improved function and accessibility, updating whole-home lighting, blending new flooring with existing hardwoods, refining key paint areas, and providing thoughtful furniture layout guidance. Exterior repairs complete a design that supports well-being today while strengthening value for the future.

This renovation centers around something simple and profound: creating a home that truly supports the way this family lives.
In the kitchen and bathrooms, we focused on flow and accessibility — because spaces that move with you, rather than against you, reduce friction in ways you feel but rarely name. When a space works intuitively, the mind settles. That was the goal in every room.
Lighting was threaded throughout with intention — not just for brightness, but for the way light quality shifts mood and makes a home feel alive at every hour of the day. Cohesive flooring and updated finishes create visual continuity that lets the eye, and the nervous system, finally rest.
Furniture layouts were refined to bring clarity and calm: open sightlines, considered proportion, breathing room between pieces. The quiet architecture of a space that simply feels good to be in.
The result is a renovation that blends practicality with beauty. A home that feels refreshed, intuitive, and effortlessly livable, designed for the life this family is building toward.
Testimonial
“Working with Genna and Erik has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our home. What began as a renovation quickly became a partnership built on trust, creativity, and genuine care. They listened deeply, understood our needs even before we could articulate them, and guided every decision with such clarity and kindness. The transformation of our space is incredible, but what means even more is how they showed up for us throughout the process—supportive, communicative, and invested in our family’s well-being. By the end, they didn’t just redesign our home; they truly felt like family..”
